- ±17mrad tip/tilt range, < 10 urad adjustment resolution
- ±1.5 mm piston adjustment with 1.5 um resolution
- λ/20 P-V from -60°C to 65°C
- Vibration tested with optics per Mil-Std-810F, Table 514.5-I
- Stiffness > 175 Hz, stable to 10 urads over extreme operating environments
- Flexure, bonded or pinch mounted optics
- Direct mounted or flexure mounted base
